Vendor Refund Policy

Refund of booth registration any additional fees will be made ONLY in the case of event cancellation by the promoter 48 hours or more in advance of the event.  No refunds will be provided for advertising/CW Wedding & Event Magazine listings if guide is printed. Alternative distribution arrangements will be made.

Ticket Sale Refund Policy

Refund of ticket purchase is available only in the case of event cancellation/reschedule and is available where you purchased your tickets.

Sponsorship Refund Policy

Sponsorship fee refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis and made ONLY in the case of event cancellation by the promoter 48 hours or more in advance of the event.  Full refunds will not be provided.  Refunds will be based on advertising value to date as determined by the promoter.
