Booth Package Includes:
Electricity for your booth is included in the price of your booth package - 110w/500 volts. No extension cords will be provided. Additional power needs can be ordered through our electrical contractor.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due immediately to secure your space at the Central Washington Bridal & Events Expo. Full payment for participation is due 30 days prior to the show date, Monday, January 6th, 2025. Payments must be received no later than the above-mentioned time frame. We cannot guarantee reserved booth space for payments received beyond the date above.
Vendors ARE allowed to sell packaged food items from their booth. Samples are also allowed, up to a maximum size of 2 oz.

Vendor registrations will be reviewed and if your application is rejected, you will be notified and your money will be refunded in a timely manner. If you do not hear from us, please assume your registration has been accepted.
Vendors may purchase an additional category listing in the Central Washington Wedding & Event Magazine.
Full color ads in various sizes for the Magazine are also available for purchase.
